NUCCA recognizes Canadian DCs
Apr. 24, Bloomington, MN – On April 19, two Canadian DCs were awarded distinctions by the National Upper Cervical Chiropractic Association (NUCCA).
Dr. Michael Foran of Vancouver British Columbia was awarded Canada’s fourth NUCCA board certification by Dr. Gordon Hasick of Calgary AB, Dr. Michael Foran (Palmer West ’92) is a second generation NUCCA chiropractor. His father, Dr. Patrick Foran (CMCC ’59; 1935-2006) was a NUCCA chiropractor and a Nucca Board member.
Dr. Gordon Hasick of Calgary Alberta was awarded the Ralph Gregory award. Dr. Ralph Gregory DC (1912-1990) developed the NUCCA technique - the award named for him is received for lifetime achievement and contribution to the use and development of the NUCCA technique. Dr. Hasick graduated from Palmer Iowa (’80) and became NUCCA board-certified in 1989. Dr. Hasick is the founder and president of the Dr. Ralph R. Gregory Memorial Foundation Canada.
